Our Story

Growing up wasn’t easy.

As a foster child, I experienced abandonment and uncertainty from a young age. Moving through different homes and families exposed me to many sides of life and gave me a perspective most children never see. While those experiences were difficult, they shaped the way I see the world today.

Even as a child, I knew I wanted something more from life. I developed a deep drive within myself — a determination to build a future that was different from the environments I had seen around me. I remember thinking, “I do not want to end up like this.” That thought became fuel.

Eventually, I was welcomed into a very special and loving family who showed me what genuine care and support looked like. Their impact remains something I carry with me to this day.

Growing up, I often felt like I had no voice — no say, no control, no decisions of my own. Those experiences, along with trauma and constant change, gave me a unique understanding of people, life, and perspective.

Quan Tainium  was born because of that specific journey.

Through sculpture and metal art, I found a way to express the emotions, thoughts, and stories that once had no voice. Each piece I create represents more than form or design — it represents resilience, perspective, and the marks we leave behind in the world.

Each design is created to make people pause, reflect, and see something deeper within themselves. Whether it represents struggle, growth, identity, or hope, every sculpture is designed to carry meaning beyond its physical form.

Quan Tainium  aims to place meaningful sculptures in public spaces, hospitals, cities, and private collections around the world. These works are created not only to be admired, but to inspire thought and conversation across generations.

As a child growing up in foster care, I had a dream that seemed far beyond my reach. One day I wanted to own helicopters — a symbol of freedom, success, and the ability to rise above the circumstances I came from.

The image of standing with clients, presenting my work, shaking hands after creating something meaningful — surrounded by the life I once only imagined — represents more than success.

It represents proof that where you begin does not define where you can go.

That image reflects the future I am working towards: creating sculptures that connect people, building meaningful relationships through art, and turning a childhood dream into reality.
